I herby release and agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mr. Mark Anawski, Brookings TaeKwonDo LLC, its affiliated schools/clubs, the city of Brookings, Brookings Parks and Recreation, The Brookings School Districts, its officers, master, instructors, black belts, members, judges, referees, officials, student members and other students as well from any and all claims arising as a result of or in connection with this martial arts tournament, including transportation to and from any event sponsored or sanctioned by Brookings TaeKwonDo LLC. I herby state that I have read this "Liability Release and Hold Harmless Agreement" in its entirety and that I fully understand the meaning thereof. Furthermore, I understand that I will not be allowed to participate or compete in said Brookings TaeKwonDo LLC tournament on this day unless I have signed and agree to the aforementioned. Athletes should still bring their own hogu, head gear and instep guards in case your division does not use DAEDO.DAEDO Gen 2 Socks will be available at the event. Socks can be rented for only $15 or purchased at $100.
